The BASICS Quality Seed Component (QSC) aims to build on and transform the existing cassava seed certification regime of Nigeria.

Village Seed Entrepreneurs Model
Establishes and empowers a network of community-based VSEs who produce and sell certified stems of improved cassava varieties.
